Don't give up yet they might still hatch. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Don't give up yet they might still hatch. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

ok add one more bantam to the mix... popped out after a loooong rest after zipping. started to worry, but i went and checked, tapped the 'bator and he went WHA!

and busted out all at once LOL.

ok snapped a few pics before bed... 8)
"Number One" my first chick hatched, and the "peeper greeter" of the incubator, had to check EVERYONE out as soon as they hatched. (the one on his side - japanese x oegb cross) and a buddy (oegb x d'anvers cross)

i put a stuffed bunny in for them to pile on, because the little ones kept getting stuck at the bottom of the pile.
also as reference to the next sequence. LOL

my one dorking chick (so far?) kept getting to the top and falling asleep. and falling off...

So far I have a tally of 29 chicks! 2 Lavender Orpingtons, 9 Speckled Sussex, 1 Serama, 8 blue/black Marans, 8 Light Sussex, plus 1 mixed chick. The Serama is from my flock, the Marans are from a BYC'er and then the Lav Orps, SS, and Light Sussex are all from Hot2Pot. I have another Maran egg that is pipped, so I'm hoping it will hatch tonight. There are other eggs that have't hatched out yet, but I'm hoping they will!

Woo hoo! Way to hatch , Aspen! Jim had a good hatch with his eggs from me as well. Gotta love it!

Up to 8 pips 6 Comets pipped 2 Delly pips and 1 Comet totally out. So we are up to 9 that are trying to hatch out already. Cant believe that it's only day 19. What will day 20 bring?

Son woke me up at 6:00. We noe have 3 delly pips and 6 comet pips three that are zipping and one almost dry but bored baby lol. Day 20 starts at 9 am so we will have to see who hatches out today.
