difference between hova bator 1588 and top hatch incubators

is top hatch the plastic one thats round? if it is, YUK, its noisy, occward and hard to use. it uses a light bulb for heat.

It is round and uses a 60 watt bulb. I am just learning and I have no idea on what to buy!

if you have a choice get the, Hova botor, its pre set, and very easy to use. almost just plug it in and go. and dosen't drive you nut with the blinking light bulb.

Is the 1588 the best one for beginners. Do you know a good price for one?

start with the GQF weg site. they did have a deal, incubator, turner, shipping and even some eggs. I'm not sure they still have it but its worth looking. you might have to use Georgia Quail Farm to get the right web site. but other wise Culter has a good price on them.

The brinsea octogon eco is a good beginner incubator. Its on sale at 99$ from a regular price of 129$. Easy to clean, steady temp, hand turn without opening incubator....
