Indian Runner Duck mating ritual?

Our three female Indian Runner Ducks have lately been doing this odd thing where they'll start rhythmically "chanting," bobbing their heads, and leaning forwards while flattening their backs and raising their tails. Is this a mating ritual or something else?
Absolutely! There's the smell of little ducklings in the air… ;)

Our ducks do that, too! It’s hilarious to watch them!

Honestly, I wouldn't expect eggs until after the solstice at this point, but that's less than 3 weeks away! With new layers, anything goes though, you could even have an egg tomorrow. Since it's mid-winter, if egg laying starts soon, it may not be entirely regular, but they'll get there!
I can't wait to have longer days again! Sun sets here in WV at 17:07 - early in the morning! Did i mention that i hate winter?
