Indian runner ducks hatching, need advice!

Update. 3 babies from yesterday are doing great, they're all eating and drinking well. I wish this thing would let me post videos but I'll add a few more pictures (it's hard for me to see on my phone so there may be some repeats). When I checked it this morning I found that Momma had rolled an egg out of the nest. It initially looked fine but upon picking it up I found that a baby had gotten its beak out but wasn't able to make it the rest of the way out. Judging by the smell I'm guessing it may have been the first that tried to hatch. It's a bummer, but I guess that's nature. We're just so glad that the other 3 seem to be doing so well! Momma is still sitting on one more so we're trying to wait patiently to see if that one hatches out.

Hope this last egg hatches. Those are precious babies. Are you going to give them back to mom?
Once mom is done with the last egg we'll move momma into the brooder area. Temps are colder than normal here so the babies get cold very fast!
