lost 1 chick so far. It was trying to get out of shell since this morning and i just noticed that its beak wasnt moving or chirping anymore. So i took a look at it and it was dead.

my little gang of chicks are doing great so far i havent had a pasty butt so i guess im doing something right lol.... Flos feathers are growing nicely cant wait to soo what all of them will look like when there bigger

Crafty hick- I'm amazed at the different selection that Columbus had over Greensburgs. And they were cheaper!! Greensburg didn't have any pullets they were all strait run. And all of them look great. I need bigger tubs since I've "lost " my mind though!! I am amazed at how quickly they are changing and their little feathers are popping. Such fun. I had my DH go look at them and he was like "yeah, yeah, whatever"!! He really thinks I've lost my mind. And as long as its not work for him it's ok. I've Ben throwing in a few mealworms..... They go NUTS!!!

Lol danand. My DH would probably give in if Iwanted more.... but then again, I need to be building a tractor for these new ones in the incubator. I would just melt if I went into that store.

You know im already have the chicken math bad. But everytime i go into a feed store i ask them when will your chicks be in and what will you have. LOL My DW doesnt care if i have lots of chicks as long as i have room for them in coops.

Everyone Else~ Well tomorrow is day 21 for my chicks. They should be hatching! OH WAIT THEY ALREADY HAVE HATCHED! ONLY 12 MORE TO HATCH OUT OF 31.
