Has anyone ever bought chicks from akers hatchery in Salem, IN?

I have bought birds from Doug Akers, not sure if it is the same Akers. It i a popular last name. But he ha beautiful Birds the ones I got are SQ.

Nice! Is it a misc. craft or is there a specific category? I'm trying to remember what all the projects are. My daughter just got her pattern & fabric for the first sewing project. This is her 7th year in it & she loves that now she can pick her own outfits to make instead of the specific required outfit! Just had our first 4-H rabbit club meeting of the year last night -- slimmer group -- I think weather kept some folks away. I met with the 4th graders to work on breed ID -- lots for them to learn!

It's under other craft. I am really loving 4-H too! We are having our first poultry club meeting for the year soon.

Any info on the next upcoming show in Indiana. I went to the poultry show website but almost all of the dates are for last year. I also know that some of the more local shows don't get listed.

next is there anyone breeding khaki campell ducklings in central Indiana. Or would anyone want to split an order. There is ideal, welp, murray, lots of places taking orders for ducklings, but I really don't want 15. I was thinking more of 2 for me.

Hello all Indiana friends.

I'm looking for Buckeye breeders in central to northern Indiana and southern Michigan. I've looked at the http://www.americanbuckeyeclub.blogspot.com/p/breeders-directory.html webpage and contacted people there with no replies. I've since contacted JoshU in Ohio who said there are people over here who breed Buckeyes so I'm putting the call to my friends to help put me in touch with said breeders.
