Having a hard time getting pictures uploaded... please forgive the messy brooder tray hadn't dumped it lol. Pekins and EE/OE Oh and ETA there are Khaki/Pekin cross (the dark ducklings) and White leghorn.

Here is Opie our new bull calf, he is a Holstein. He is in quarantine for another month. Once all his vaccinations are completed he can go on pasture.

Thought you were getting out of dairy and going beef? Why get a Holstein bull if your Holstein cow was a freemartin, or are you wanting to get more Holsteins/outcross?

Penny's nest blew up. Got her set on a nest of mostly new eggs from the other girls. She's so determined to be a mom.

Maple keeps laying eggs on top of poor little Kate, so I've been snitching them and giving them to Penny.

Halfway through the coop building! Got the fencing on just one more wrap around and we are set!

Tomorrow I'll take pictures. Got the roof on. ♡
