INDIANA BYC'ers HERE!

No everyone else poo looks good from what I can tell. I was thinking maybe stress and they probably didn't eat good over the weekend with the rain they spent alot of time hiding in their coop. I'm hoping I was just over thinking it. Him being extra puffy could be because it's colder then he has ever felt since he is only 4 months or so now. I'm going to stay optimistic since I've had a pretty closed flock except some new showgirl chicks I got, BUT they have not been introduced yet. I may get a fecal sample to my work (vet) and have that tested just to be sure too. I really appreciate your thoughts.
Sounds like a plan. :)

I found a nice 7 month blue Wyandotte cockerel not too far from me. We've had him for a few weeks now (about 3). So, I guess he is actally 8 months now. He is already integrated into my flock. Long story short, he had been separated on his property for 3 weeks due to not getting along with his dad. He was relatively healthy looking and no pests - so after a brief quarantine, I introduced him through a look no touch set up and then, into the flock he went
He is doing pretty well. The first week or so his comb had lots more peck marks from the girls. :D We named him Boomer (from the original Battlestar Galactica).
Here are some recent pics of my whole crew.

Beautiful birds. The picture of them looking in the window is adorable.

It's finally a nice day outside and I took some pictures of some of the birds while I was feeding and watering everyone.

Grow out pen for babies getting acclimated or broodies that don't want to be with the flock(doesn't happen often, normally want to be with the flock still)

This last picture is of some showgirl chicks I'm excited about. They are a new project for me. I also have a Bantam turken cockrel and a tiny little bantam turken pullet that I have plans for.
Hope everyone gets to enjoy the nice day today at some point.

Very nice set up and flock.
Do you like the wood chips?

I do so far. We used to buy bagged mulch, so expensive when you need so much! We just started getting it for free from a tree cutting company. My husband just swings by with his truck after work and they dump a load in his bed. It smells so good and fresh like pine trees.
We cut our own wood. I'm thinking a wood chipper would be a good investment! :)

Your new camper is awesome looking. I'm sure you will get some color added to the decor easily. It will be nice for you guys to have something new to go out and enjoy after having the older one for so long.
Thank you! We pick it up Thursday!
