When I was a kid (not sure if they are still there) Spring Mill State Park had the most unusual-looking ducks I have ever seen. I have searched breeds to no avail. I do not have any images unfortunately, but if you have been to Spring Mill you have seen these ducks. They were shorter than the white ducks on the lake, and had gnarly faces - wattles and such. They were multi-colored. Very friendly. I don't think they were muscovies. These guys were wayyyy uglier. Does any hoosier know what kind of ducks these were...?
