Indigestion and weird eratic neck movement.

Any suggestions and help please. My hen has consumed lot of dry mud and small stones which is not allowing her fr proper digestion and when I try to empty her crop there a green fluid (bile )and she has a wierd neck movement

Sounds like she was trying to find some grit?

I would try getting some fluids into her, careful not to aspirated. Introduce some coconut oil as well. Lightly knead or massage the crop to see if you can get the mass broken up, so it will pass.
No food for 24hrs, just fluids.

I would not try to vomit her you risk her choking.
A weird head movement, without seeing it...a guess would be and attempt to adjust the crop.
