Indoor coop ideas? Handicapped chicken

My co-workers flock was attacked by roaming dogs and three of her surviving hens are now handicapped. The rest of the flock has been starving them out and they can't get around the yard easily. The heat also poses an issue and on top of it one of the girls requires her food to be in a wetted powder form daily. (her beak is ruined) The girls have a big dog kennel with a dowel for a roost now. I can't say they look unhappy sitting on the couch tho.

We want to build them something more sturdy feeling. Like an indoor coop that has a bottom to hold all the bedding in, a nestbox compartment and a roost too.

Any design ideas or thoughts?

If you could find one of those plastic playhouses for kids you could easily convert it into a coop for indoors.

I am sure you could find one online or at a feedstore I know TSC has some for around 150
