Thanks to all my new chicken friends that responded to my question and gave me a warm welcome
I am very excited to be part of this community
It’s my first successful time having 6 reds raised from one day olds after I lost all six pullets 2 years ago because of a fox mom or dad to feed its kits
Learned my lesson we’ll rein forced my run and covered it
But most important, I have a talk radio station on 24/7 in my coop loud enough to hear outside and have not had any issues with fox possum raccoon or bear
My ladies must be used to it because sleeping and laying do not seem to be affected by it
So whoever gave me that tip has now a star on my chickenkeepers walk of fame

Hello chicken and indoor houseplant lovers
I recently cut my papyrus and Bougainville indoor plants back
I am wondering if I can toss them in my coop and run so to have something to do on these boring months for my six layers
