Open Contest Indoor Plant Show—2025 BYC Summer Fair

Should I do my Alo Vera, spider plants, ghost face?, succulent pot, finger cactus, dragon fruit, purple heart (aka wandering jewel), snake plant, or like 5 unidentified? I don't know which to do i have so much indoor plants!(sometimes I feel like the old lady that lived in a shoe but it's full of plants)

You could do any of them, lol. This being a photo contest, I recommend you picking the ones that are the prettiest with the prettiest vases and that has the best background, and do those. High quality images are recommended, so also whichever plant is the most photo genetic would be your best bet too.

Thanksgiving Cactus. This old girl is approximately 49 years old. She is a Thanksgiving Cactus because her leaf ends are pointed. Christmas Cactus have a scallop type leaf and an Easter Cactus leaf is more rounded.
I was impressed by your 20 year old plant, but then I saw this one. 49 years? That's crazy! I didn't know a houseplant could live that long!

I bought the Thanksgiving Cactus in 1976. We had just moved our farm. When a Thanksgiving, Christmas or Easter Cactus plants have age on them their trunks will have a wood fiber appearance.

My other Thanksgiving Cactus is 25 years old. I bought her when we moved our farm here.
