it was brought up in conversation for winter lighting to use induction lighting was wondering if any has and if they think it works better than other artificial lighting?
the 20 or so golden comets will also get natural light from windows to help

I am an induction lighting professional. I have heard of some dairy farmers to simulate daylight which in turn makes happy high yeld cows.

Induction is excellent for lighting and full spectrum light. The commercial models are rated at 100,000 hrs.

The real benefit is a 200 induction will replace a 400w HID.

As far as heat production the 200w has an operational temperature of around 220 f.

The combined benefits is what make induction lighting the "Chevy work truck" of lighting.

Here is cut sheet on the industrial fixtures. This IP 65 water tight fixture would work great and carries a 10 yr warranty.
