Industrial hemp in the brooder?

Has anyone tried using industrial hemp in their brooder cage? It is used in stalls for horses with respiratory problems because it creates very little dust. I would have to have it shipped which is a bit pricy, but may be well worth it since I plan to have the chicks inside until they are coop ready. here are a couple of links to info about it.
