Inexpensive Homemade Feed Recipe?

Do any of you know of one? Looking for natural non-soy solution that is cost effective.

We are trying the one found at http://www.greenerpasturesfarm.com/ChickenFeedRecipe.html.
I'm not sure there is an 'inexpensive' home made option since it'll likely be more than the manufactured stuff at the local feed store. Co-ops are a good source of items in bulk. Of course, the number of chickens you have also matters. There is a huge difference between 100lbs a year and a ton a year.
