While outside holding and checking on our chickens my daughter and I noticed that one of our 20 week old Cochin pullets feet are infected.because of the feathered feet we weren’t able to see how bad they were so I clipped back the feathers to have a clear view of her feet .. So far I soaked the feet in epson salt, applied Antimicrobial spray on feet and gave a dose of SMZ Bactrim And Tylan orally. Should I do anything else ?

I think you've got some scaly leg mites issues there. Treat with spot on Ivermectin, and follow up with more daily Epsom salt soaks and greasing them up with coconut oil, or vaseline, although while still really sore I'd probably use an antiseptic cream instead for a week, before moving on to just oil. A few drops of tea tree oil in coconut oil or vaseline also works good.

Mites are hard to get rid of on feathered feet (👀 looking at you pesky silkies).

What you've done so far with treating the infection sounds top notch.
