Infected Pullet!!

A young Pullet was attacked by a stray Boston terrier on Friday, I got home when my sister had put her in a cage and left for a hour, I cleaned it with triple action niasporin and water, then treated it with sulfur today. SHe has been drinking vitamin water and protein rich food. BUt tonight we realized she is GREEN in a third of her body. I think it is her being left untreated for so long....

We gave her an amoxisilon mix and will continue to four times a day. But do I have hope and what can I do to give her a better chance

what you might be seeing is bruising. just keep doing what you doing. chickens are great at over coming much worse so hang in there and give lots of TLC.

Yes, bruising shows up as green skin on birds.
