Infected toe

Hello,
I noticed my Swedish Flower has a toe infection. Any recommendations on treatment? Many thanks!

Epsom salt soak. If there is pus under the scab it will need to be removed. If you soak it long enough it should soften the scab and you can pull it off. I know they also recommend keeping it moist with triple antibiotic ointment (NO pain relief in the ointment).
