ive been searching threads on wrinkled eggs and read that it can be a sign of Infectious Bronchitis. If I am seeing these wrinkled eggs should I treat with antibiotics? What kind and for how long. How long do I discard the eggs after treatment? Any and all help appriciated

IB is a virus, antibiotics are not helpful with this. There is no treatment beyond supportive care & isolation. Vaccination can be useful, but pick carefully as some of the vaccines can cause illness in unvaccinated birds. First step is getting an accurate diagnosis- you are seeing wrinkled eggs from one or more of your birds? Any history of respiratory problems?
