Inflamed red skin and losing feathers on back and neck

Hi all , I’m at a loss to explain why my hens are having inflamed backs and now my rooster is showing the same symptoms on his neck, it is summer in sweden and not the time for them to lose their feathers. I have cleaned their coop and then powdered their coop with a lice killer, I have not detected any creepy crawlers on them or in the coop, I unfortunately cannot get any help from the Local vet as they only specialise in large farm animals, is there anyone that can help? I must also say they don’t look or act sick, and are still laying eggs
