Info on cage trapping Coyotes

Coyotes will not usually go in a live cage trap. Use a #1.75 to #3, 2-coiled spring leg hold trap. Once you trap it, shoot it. There are may forums on the Internet on trapping with some very god info about coyotes. I have purchased many items from: http://www.nwtrappers.com/ Good company and fast service.

one thing that has worked well for a lot of folks in this area, is to use a piece of foam rubber, about an inch and a half square. they soak it for a few ours in warm bacon grease. then put it on a 2' high or so stake, with axle grease on the bottom [ to keep fire ants away from the bacon grease soaked foam ] and the coyote will eat the foam and stop up and die. sounds a little cruel, but it supposedly works..
