info on regional poultry shows?

I was told by someone that there are large regional poultry shows that don't (only) fall on Saturdays and I was very interested as I don't attend any poultry shows on Saturday (due to religious reasons) so I kinda excepted that I was never going to go to a poultry show, but now with this news I'm very exited. But ....... can't find any regional shows so where are they? can you give me like a website or something?
