Hi all,
My name is Anna, and my Silver Laced Wyandotte, Izzy, has ingrown feathers on her head (right side of comb). She had the same issue about a month ago, I plucked the feahters, and applied neosporin w/o pain releivers for a week afterwards. She seemed to be healed. But they are now back. I might add that the ingrown feathers I plucked were yellow, curly, and gooey, rather than a healthy feather that is straight, thick and rigid. The area is swolen and red, warm to the touch, and seems to hurt her when I press on it. (Same way last time). I hope y'all can help me out! The split picture is a month ago on top, and today on bottom.
