If she's standing with her wings parted and under the lamp, she may be trying to get more heat. It happened to a non-thriving chick I recently lost. I think her tiny beak couldn't fit the feed that the others were ok with. If she's still with you, I would offer some pulverized feed and see if she takes it, and make sure she can get as warm as she wants. I regret waiting before I tried those measures and was too late.
