Injured ankle

Hopefully someone can help, this chick is about six weeks old and I just noticed she has a limp and what looks to be a swollen ankle, she runs around just fine. I picked her up and does not seem to be any pain, I manipulated the leg and she was OK, wondering if there’s anything I can do.

Her leg looks a bit crooked as well as having green bruising. How is she doing? Have you kept her in a dog crate with food and water to limit her activity?
