Injured bird

My turkey seems to be like Job. After tape worms and currently SHS, she got an injury in a feather. I found blood on her wing, and the feather was broken, and hanging. I had to remove it, which caused a lot of pain on her, and i cleaned it with iodine based antiseptic. Do i have to do something else? In case of fever i have liquid paracetamol to inject, but is there something else that i can do?
