Injured Chick! Need suggestions!

I went to TSC today...probably my first mistake. I picked up six more babies and the lady asked if I would take two injured chicks that had been stampeded by their sisters. I agreed, much against my better judgement.

Anyway, one chick seems to be ok...the other however, refuses to drink or eat and just sits there. If I pick her up, she will move a bit and I can stretch out her legs (gently) and wings...but she is just so listless. Any suggestions? I'd like to save her if I can.

wow, sorry you lost her. She really must have been hurt during shipment. Did the other make it?

Thanks. Yes the other one seems fine. She is eating, drinking and walking around. She does have some type of bruise on her head, but that didn't stop her and her sisters from eating two mashed egg yolks in record time.

I was pretty sure when I first saw her that she wasn't going to make it. Turns out that her toe was twisted funny...broken maybe? And she had a bit more of an arch in her back...maybe her spine was broken when she was trampled. I felt bad, I couldn't even giver her any comfort.
