I have a baby chick who was hatched by one of my hens. A few days ago I noticed a bunch of scratched on her (I think one of the guineas with a keet of her one got her). She was also moving kinda slow. I took her from her mother to make sure she was okay and let her scratches heal. She was doing great for a couple of days but today I noticed a mass near her stomach. It looks like it's filled with with blood. She's eating and drinking just fine and I just added teramycin to it's water. Should I drain it? If so, how would I do it. I'm sure it's from an injury and I'm afraid if I leave it it will rupture internally. Thanks.

I should add, I just looked more closely at it and I can see a couple of scabs, probably puncture wounds that have closed up. Don't know if that helps.

Sorry I keep adding stuff before anyone has a chance to reply but I soaked it in a little warm salt water and then I could see it's an air bubble. It's on the left side and seem to go from leg to wing. I've popped it but every time I do it just refills. You can kinda see through it and it doesn't look like there's any internal bleeding or anything. I'm sure it's not it's crop because this happened after it's injury and while it eats there's nothing in it's crop so it's not impacted. I've gone through the butt wiping even though it's pooping normal, just in case. It keeps chirping and chirping constantly so I don't know whether it's in pain or not.
