Injured chick

My week old chick is not putting her right foot down and is limping when she walks. She is not thriving like my other three. What do i do?

Same question only mine is 2 weeks old. Here's some pics (only up on screen to take pics, is in brooder box w/10 other chicks on shredded pine bark normally). Just noticed this last night.
