injured Chicken HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!

Hi yesterday two of my chickens were hurt by dogs. One of them is hurt really bad. Apart of his front chest has been rip out and I see the food on the iinside. I really love this chicken and don't want him to die. Can some tell me what to do iitthey had a similar problem. I really need to know fast. I have separated both injured chickens but i don't want to put anything on a wound like that ... Please help me!!!

A picture might help to see exactly how bad they are, if they were your dogs oh well, if they were the neighbors dogs or a ranging pack then you know the solution for that.
