Hello,
4 months ago I hatched a chick. Yesterday I decided to put her in the coop with the other chickens who are now about a year old. I had been letting them get used to her for about a month outside. During the night and this morning I checked on her. However, when I went to check on her this afternoon they had pecked the skin off her head and I'm not sure if they pecked out her eyes. I got her cleaned and put some sterile gauze with peroxide on her head. She is still alive. How should I feed and water her and make sure her wounds do not get infected.
Thank you
