Oh my! Unfortunately I don’t. I’ve never dealt with a serious injury like this.

Keep the flesh wound clean, & moist, do not wrap it, it must air heal?

Have you gently cleaned the wound? I agree, don't wrap it. Keep it super clean and keep her separated. You're going to have a tough time re-integrating her when she's better.
You can keep a lamp on her also so she doesn't go into severe shock.

Any skin left on her neck at all?
Can she move her head?
Rinse with saline solution and then cover with neosporin to keep moist.
Keep her warm.

Should be OK, neo would be better.
Key for the ointment is to keep it moist.

Making saline solution

Use 1 quart (4 cups) of distilled water, or boil 1 quart of tap water for 5 minutes. Do not use well water or sea water. Add 2 teaspoons of table salt. Mix the water and salt well until the salt is completely dissolved.
