injured chicken?

Hello everybody,
I have a rhode Island red who has been acting pretty weird. She is almost two years old and has been never had any problems until now.
here is what I have noticed:
-she is keeping one of her eyes closed most of the time (she will open it for a few seconds every once in a while).
-at first the eye looked fine, but now I have been noticing it getting cloudy on one side.
-she has been lying on her side in the middle of the sun (while all my other chickens are trying to get out of the heat), and doesn't seem to be taking a dust bath.

Anybody have any Idea what could be causing this???
