What do you think this is?
This little lady (pullet, ~9 months) hasn't been laying frequently recently, while everyone else has been frequent. Over the course of a few months, she went from third in the pecking order to the first or second lowest. She's been acting lethargic, stands still, and generally uninterested in food, all of which has been 2 months or more. However, her behavior isn't dramatic, she's still very alert and curious and runs around at times.
This started when the flock had fowl pox or ringworm, I couldn't tell which. Small white patches on the comb with some scabbing is all I've seen. This started being seen in early October.

(This most likely is her in mid-October with scabs still on her comb)
Now, I've noticed her eyes are slightly puffy, she's not been laying frequently, and she is only slightly interested in food, even when separated. Feed is spread out, she can easily eat without another chicken in pecking range.
What I don't see in her: wet pox inside her mouth, any smelly breath, bubbly eyes/mucus.
Not sure if it is related, but she has been dropping a few feathers daily, yet it's winter (night isn't below 35°F currently). She's on the lighter end in weight, but definitely not the lightest in the flock out of the barred rocks.
I have noticed the flock sneezing a bit, but nothing that has caused an alarm for me. Usually, sneezes are only early morning. Nobody else is noticeably acting different, they are extremely energetic. Nobody else has white dots / scabs on combs.
What is this and what can I do to help her? Isn't this too long to be fowlpox?
