Don't worry. Hopefully now he eats and drinks. All you can do is watch them.

He is foraging in the yard as we speak. I definitely think it was my dog that did something. Every morning he runs to her to play, but this morning he didn’t. Luckily, it is a rainy day so my dog will be inside except for bathroom breaks where I can watch her.

Very relieved he is doing well today. I'd def keep them separated if you can't supervise them.
