Injured duck

Okay so my cousin knows I have ducks and she just brought me a full grown mallard duck who is clearly injured. She has blood coming out of her right nostril, a bloody eye, and an injured wing. She’s either very calm or in shock. My cousin found her on the side of the road. So far the duck is sleeping but as soon as she hears a noise she perks up, she hasn’t ate or drank anything yet. Her heart sounds pretty good but she everytime she’s breathes it’s kinda as if she’s congested but i know its because of the blood. Idk what to do as of right now, ive had her in my “hands” for about an hour now…

How is the duck doing? A vet would probably be the best option in this case.
