First time chicken owner with lethargic chicken, please help

Hi everyone! I have a 4 month old Americana hen who hasn’t been acting like herself. She’s keeping both eyes shut and just keeps falling asleep standing up with her feathers slightly ruffled. There’s no discharge or anything around her eyes and she does open them and perk up for a second if there’s a loud noise but then just goes right back to sleep. I’ve been giving her egg yolk and syringe giving her water with electrolytes because she won’t eat or drink on her own. She hasn’t laid yet but there have been a few soft shell eggs in the coop (not sure who’s they were). Her vent isn’t swollen and I checked for mites/lice. Here’s a photo of her most recent poo as I don’t think it looks normal. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

The past couple nights she’s not been going inside the coop but trying to roost on the roof of it but she was acting fine so I didn’t think anything of it and put her inside.

I hope that she is not the one laying soft eggs since that may be why she is acting sick. Are you feeding layer feed and do you have crushed oyster shell available to take free choice in a separate container? I would try to get her taking some fluids and moistened feed. You might try giving her a human calcium tablet with D 3 or a Tums 300 mg today?
