(TW: Gruesome pictures not for the overly sensitive)

My saxony hen has just learned that she can fly she is around four months old and not ready to mate. She flew out of her pen and my drake got ahold of her and started to mate her until she had tons of missing feathers and her bill got all scraped up I have her separated from her sister who was also in the holding pen and now I need to know what to do to help her recover.

Bless her heart. You might want to clip one wing to keep this from happening again.
I assume you have washed or rinsed her wounds real good? You can use soap and water or a saline rinse then you can apply an antibiotic ointment like neosporin or triple antibiotic.
Hows her eyes look hopefully no damage done.
I wouldn't keep her separated from her sister unless she is more injured than what she looks like. It's more stressful to separate than keeping them together.
If you have some poultry nutri drench that is a good way to boost her immune system when one is going through a healing process.
If you decide to clip one wing let me know I have a good diagram.

Oh poor little girl!

She will likely heal up quite quickly. Washing her wounds initially with luke warm salt water will make her feel better, then keeping her quiet for a few days. They probably won't need an antibiotic, but if there is sign of infection, you can get veterinary Vetericyn Plus Antimicrobial spray for Poultry from Tractor Supply or on line. She will likely miss her sister, so put them together soon. When she is over this in about a week, it would be best to get both of the girls' wings clipped so that they don't get into trouble again.

Your drake will need maybe 6 or more adult females to mate with. He's far too rough for 2 adolescent ducks

Should I also clip my drakes wing so he doesn't fly into the pen?

I have three khaki Campbell hens that he is gentle with bit with my Saxony he is really rough is it because they are same same breed or what?

If that is a possibility. Wouldn't do much good to clip your females wing and then the drake fly over so yes

have these 2 younger females been with him already? If so and only for a short time he may just be dominant to them since they aren't actually part of the flock yet.

Okay do you know how I can Integrate them they have been outside in a pen since Christmas eve so they could get used to the flock the hens are fine but he isn't.

It's those doggone hormones he is going to go after them because he has never done it before. He wants to make them his and that is how drakes go about it. Duck sex isn't for the faint of heart that is for sure. How old are they? Do they ever have free outside time? to me that is the best way to introduce is by letting them have an open area so the females can get away if they want. Also a pool with water makes mating so much easier on the females if there is water. Just be sure you've clipped wings first so you don't have them up and fly away. He is going to mate them quite a bit at first since they are new to his harem.
