Injured duck

Thank you so much! I want to keep her, I have a back yard that I can make it safe for her to stay and getting a female duck is a good idea :) do you know where I can purchase adult ducks?
One more question, when I put antibiotics to her eyes, first I wash it with saline water and then apply ointment. it seems her eyes get worse. am I doing something wrong?

Hello, I don't see much improvement, she is limping and likes to sit down. I placed her in the bathtub filled with water, she can swim and move her legs, but she can't walk on land.

Durvet High Level B Complex ? its injection, Can I give it to her in water?
Not in water because it dissipates too much .but here is what you do you use a dropper or a syringe with no needle on it and you take a little over one ML of the liquid put it in a small dish stir in some mealworms or some peas, and watch her eat it all up if she does not eat it, you can give it to her directly orally with the syringe with no needle, follow these instructions:

It can take a long time for leg issues to heal. I had a hen that was limping and she took weeks to get better, though she was left with a slight permanent limp.

Yes, that's the one you want. Don't give it in water, but you can wet down some feed and mix it in to administer it to her.

I'm sorry to hear about your Duck.
I'll tag in @Jenbirdee and @Tookie to see if they have suggestions for you.

I think you are doing a good job tending to her wounds and eyes.

She may have injured her leg during these attacks, hopefully with rest and getting nutrition into her she will improve.

She may benefit from Niacin. I think most folks with Ducks give 1ml Durvet B Complex daily for about a week or so to help build up the legs.

I hope the vet can check her over for you.

Hi can I give her, Durvet Vitamin B Complex Oral Gel Supplement or it must be Durvet High Level Vitamin B Complex Livestock Supplement? Thank you

I would use the Durvet High Level Vitamin B Complex Livestock Supplement as previously suggested instead the Oral Gel Supplement.

The Oral Gel is just B1 (Thiamine), B12 (Cobalamin) and probiotics.

The High Lever B Complex contains Niacin (B3) (which is what you want) along with B1, B2, B5, B12, etc.

Big difference in the 2.
