My 1 week old duckling was injured during the night in the coop. A chicken pecked it and created an open area. I cleaned it up and put antibiotic ointment on it and have it in the house so flies won't get at the wound. Should I be doing anything else different?

Great job with it so far! The only thing that I'd do further is to clip the down around the wound so that you can see it more easily. I am not sure if you should bandage it- I think? that you should? I always get mixed up on this- @Eggcessive or @Isaac 0 could probably answer that. You want to make sure that the wound doesn't dry out.
If you'd like, you can put electrolytes (most common brands are sav a chick and nutridrench) to help him with any possible stress.

Good, it isn't worse once chickens see a wound or make one they are like cannibals.

Bless it's heart. Please if you have other ducklings in with your chickens remove them to a safe place.
The ducklings need to be adult size before housed with chickens and then it still might not work .
