Injured eye

I noticed this a few days ago. I’ve been flushing with saline and using an anti microbial eye gel.
She’s eating and drinking fine. I am keeping her separated from the flock tho they don’t bother her if she’s out. I have no idea what happened. I’m pretty sure I noticed it not long after it happened. At first I could still see her eye a little.
I don’t have a chicken veterinary.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

I would try to remove the pus from the eye. It may not get better until you do so. You can you QTips and other tools. You may want to read this other thread where there are videos on removing pus:

So I did get a Lot of puss out. There is still a small amount left that is still attached. Poor girl, it has to feel better now

I would continue once a day to get it all out if possible. Do you have any Tylosin antibiotic? That can help if it was caused by a respiratory disease.
