Injured Hen

my 13 week old Buff Orp hen has a hole in her neck about as big as a pencil. My roo (which I'm trying to find a new home for) but her neck. I cleaned the wound with peroxide and then sprayed vetericyn wound spray on it. It's not bleeding - should I take her to vet,keep putting the spray on it, or are there any other suggestions.
Aggressive Roo will be kept separated from her til I find him a new home.

Photos would be helpful

If it's not bleeding, then just apply the Vetericyn. If feathers are getting into the wound, you can trim those away.

fwiw- Peroxide is fine for a one time initially flush/cleaning, but if you need to clean the wound again, then use saline or diluted Betadine. (Repeated use of Peroxide is believed to damage tissue).
