Injured hen?

Can anybody tell me what's wrong with my 6 week old Russian orloff hen? He neck is floppy and twisted?

I can't really tell from the picture but I would suspect it's wry neck, which is often a vitamin deficiency, though genetics may play a role. Supplementing with Vitamin E and selenium may help.
