Aloha, i have a hen named Twitter..she is 1. Ive never had a chicken for a pet before. I found her in my garage when she was a baby and the rest is history. Fast forward a year later, I found her laying in the middle of the yard,, completely injured. She cannot walk. She tried to hop on 1 foot but doesn't make it far at all before laying right back down. I have her away from all the other chickens so she has a chance to try and heal...but im extremely worried about her pain, and or anything else that may be going on with her...ive been trying to find a vet online but just cant seem to trust any of them so far... so I'm asking for HELP: does anyone know how I can help this hen? What can you give them for pain? Can she live with just 1 leg? What if her leg is fully broken? I'm very open to any type of help someone can give me as long as it's beneficial to Twitter. I'll do anything for her. I just need to know what to do...anyone? 🙏🐣💚🤙

I was just wondering what I can do for my hen who's injured...she has a broken leg. Fingers crossed that everything heals okay.

Welcome to BYC! I am so sorry about your hen. Keep boosting your post by adding updates, it gets more attention that way.
Also, can you add a picture? Does one of her legs look different than the other?
@casportpony can you help?

I forgot to mention that you can give her a baby asprin (81 mg) dissolved in water for pain.
I am not a qualified professional of any type but this is what I would do for my own.
This isn't recommended if there is bleeding internally or externally.
