I came home from school today to find my favorite hen Poofy missing many feathers on her back and she is weak and is bleeding on her back a little. Another hen had problems opening one of her eyes, and another has a broken toe and is limping. A large female red tailed hawk has been flying around recently too. Does anyone think it could of been the hawk or are my hens attacking each other? Please help!

Because its on her back and face it sounds like it could be a hawk

I think it probably was a hawk because something has been freaking the hens out all day, and they are always looking up when they start making the alarm call and running to the coop. Also the hen with the closed eye is fine now but the hen Poofy who was probably the one attacked isn't really doing any better. Is there something I could do to help her?

Ok, and yes I do. I have Blu-Kote Spray that helps heal the wound and prevents others from pecking at it.
