Injured leg - cannot stand

My 2 month old chicken kicked over a small food plate and after that it lay down and tried to move but fell again. There’s no evidence of broken bones although her elbow looks a bit red. Squeezing parts of her legs doesn’t make him agitated and he does not scream in pain. What should I do?

You could try isolating her for a few days in a relatively small space (a bathtub with old towels?) to see if resting the limb corrects the problem.

I have isolated him in a small plastic box with very fine shredded paper. Is this suitable?
