Injured leg/foot

We just picked up some 16 week old chicks from a farm and when we got home we saw that one has an injured foot and she’s limping. we called the farm and they basically said to watch and see if it gets better/she may have just layed on it wrong in the car but it looks kinda bad. is there anything we can do here?

I'm not a vet, but that toe looks pretty broken. I would take her to a vet and see if they can splint it.
