I think you keep up the vitamins for another week and see if she keeps improving.
The issues i was having with my chick not being able to stand turned out to be cocci (without any of the classic listless, ruffled, bloody poops symptoms). It took a simple poop test ($25) to find out! You could try getting her poop tested too, you can take a sample to any vet. Is she were to test positive for cocci, that probably means that the other chicks have it too, and you can treat them all (which is what i am doing now!).
