I I have post about this many times I’m just so concerned, I’ve seen some people say that When a chicken limps for more than a week it will most likely limp the rest of its life I don’t want her to always be in pain, my RIR is six months old and has recently injured her leg somehow or has mareks I hope it’s not my Mareks disease because I have eight other chickens And out of all of them she’s my favorite, but I don’t know why her injured leg isn’t getting any better! I noticed it on Tuesday and it’s now Saturday and it hasn’t gotten any better if anything it’s gotten worse what can I do to help her there’s no obvious injuries or swelling. She is eating, pecking , trying to fly , and laying.

Is there any change in her limping than what was in your video a few days ago? It would be best to stick with one thread about this chicken, so that eveyone will be on the same page. In your video earlier, she doesn’t look very bad, just a mild limp which could be a slight injury or sprain.

It’s almost like now she is limping on both legs but it’s been 5 days wouldn’t she be fully paralyzed already if she has Mareks

No, not necessarily. Mareks affects each chicken differently. She doesn’t seem to look like Mareks. I would just watch her, and make sure that she cannget food and water, and is not being picked on.

Ok thank you.she is definitely not getting picked on. She is picking on the others 😂 it also may not be getting better because she is flying and walking all around the yard and every time I try and separate her she starts screaming at me to let her out.
